"We have an open-minded atmosphere and a lot of fun together"

I signed up as a Freemium member on StagePool sometime around 2005. I studied dance in high school and did some acting which gave me job matches  on StagePool. Around 10 years later, in fact just a few months ago, I saw that they were looking for a Key Account Manager within casting and audition. By then I worked as a center coordinator at Sweden's biggest training chain SATS. Having run an e-commerce business in my past, I have quite some experience from entrepreneurship on the Internet. I feel incredibly good at StagePool where we have an open-minded atmosphere and a lot of fun together.

My position gives me the opportunity to talk to or meet a majority of the production companies in the entertainment industry. In short, my main task is to make sure that all employers, producers and casting directors find what they're looking for and that we fulfil their needs. We're situated in fantastic facilities overlooking fantastic views of the Stockholm Salt Sea. Old town is nothing to complain about!

I control my working day pretty much myself since we need to be flexible and available whenever a producer needs our support. For example, I may be out for a horse ride in the stable when I receive an urgent email from a producer on my mobile and I forward it to a colleague immediately. My goal is to offer the best and fastest support when customers need us. I have a service-personality and I like solving problems by finding solutions. That keeps me motivated and driven to succeed.
